Darami’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Pacific Lutheran University has nothing to do with her 17 years of experience working at Transmogrify. Darami spent 15 years as Head of the Accounting Department where she handled all of the accounts receivable and payable, payroll, bank finalization, financial statement preparation, and all tax preparation for annual tax filings. Simultaneously, she oversaw the company’s Human Resources Department for ten years and was responsible for hiring, firing (this is where her degree comes in handy) and coordinating company parties and events. in 2007, Darami transitioned to the Head of the Sales Department, closing her first year with $400,000 in sales revenue from new accounts. It should come as no surprise that she holds the current position of President, Board Member and 50% Shareholder in Transmogrify. In her spare time (she has spare time?) she enjoys hiking and running, which keeps her in shape to raise her three sons with hubby Chris.

Outside of dominating the corporate world Paula is an expert shopper, embroiderer and crafts woman. In her spare time she loves spending time with her grand children, two schnauzers and dreaming of living in Hawaii.
Tom Hawley, our vision engineer, brings over 30 years of experience to the clients of Transmogrify. His background includes management positions in the hotel, broadcasting, mortgage and investment industries, which means that in addition to helping develop effective marketing and promotional strategies, Tom can also tell you where to stay, what to watch, where to get a good home loan, and how to diversify your stock portfolio! His creativity is put to the test in helping his wife Katy manage the affairs of their six children - with four in college and one headed that way - including their 8 year-old daughter Kimberly, who tests his stamina with games of “chase” around the house. Their free time is spent whenever possible at the family's cabin on Whidbey Island.
Megan has been in sales and marketing for over 10 years. She has a genuine passion to help companies find a voice that rises above the fray in today's marketplace. Our troubled economy makes today the perfect opportunity to find a way to stand out and propel your company to heights that will not only sustain you during this time, but ground and ready your company for many years of prosperity. Her firm belief in the power of marketing and her sincere enthusiasm for helping others, drives her to give her very best to each of her customers. When Megan isn't out trying to save the world, she loves to spend time with her husband, Paul, and their five daughters and one son. Megan loves cooking, traveling, reading, classical music, the opera, theatre and her family favorite, boating. Against her will, however, her family has restricted her to only inside-the-boat activities following several less than graceful inner tubing mishaps. She is appealing this decision as we speak.
